Schyler Edmundson
Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
Schyler is the Manager of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) for the Clean Cooking Alliance (CCA). Before joining CCA, she worked as a Policy Advisor for Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) where she implemented nationwide mitigation programs to influence sustainable economic growth. Her portfolio at ECCC focused on creating data and reporting systems while managing program design and execution. Tenure highlights include securing funding to deploy novel clean technology under the Low Carbon Economy Fund and leading the development of the organizational-wide Information Management Framework. Before then, she served as Senior Advisor for a private renewable energy company, specializing in audit and evaluation, grant proposals, and research. She has also worked with private venture capital firms in the North American clean technology industry, and the Lui Institute for Global Issues. Schyler holds a Master’s degree in Global Public Policy and International Affairs specializing in sustainability, energy and resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Honours English Literature with a minor in gender studies from the University of British Columbia (2020, 2017).
