Anobha Gurung
Director, Nepal, Research, Evidence, and Learning
Anobha Gurung is the Director of Nepal, Research, Evidence and Learning for the Clean Cooking Alliance (CCA). Before joining CCA, she was a postdoctoral scholar at International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development, where she participated in various air pollution research and its application in policymaking and mitigation strategies in Nepal. She holds a Ph.D. from Yale School of the Environment. She has 12 years of experience investigating exposure to air pollution and its associated human health burden in low-income countries with the goal to improve policies and actions to promote health. In the past, she has also worked for various other organizations like the World Health Organization, Asian Development Bank, and Clean Air Asia.
