Marie-Claude is the Gender Officer for Haiti at the Clean Cooking Alliance (CCA). She is a versatile manager with 25 years of high-level experience, including for private enterprises, USAID and other international funded projects. She has a strong experience in project organizational management, personnel, and operations. A skilled, hands-on trainer and capacity building specialist for diverse groups in a broad range of topic areas and particularly in Gender Equity and Equality. Effective and forward-thinking Procurement Manager, bringing forth valuable experience and the skills to achieve real results with a strong ability to effectively oversee all processes related to the advantageous procurement of goods and services with excellent planning and time management skills. Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and collaborative with effective communication and interaction with multi-cultural stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and integrity. Native French and Haitian Creole, fluent in English with proficient Spanish, she detains a diploma in Paralegal Studies from Ward Stone College and a Mini master’s in leadership and Management from Arizona State University.
